For our waxing treatment in our Aberdeenshire based salon, use Lycon HOT Wax and Lycon Strip Wax, the premium Lycon wax prevents hair breakages, ingrown hairs, redness and the associated painful sting. Amazingly, our wax will remove short, stubborn hair as short as 1mm, leaving your skin soft and smooth with no sticky residue. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and don’t double dip in our wax pots.

If you are SHY – it remains at £20
If you are BRAVE it is £30
If you are HOT – its £40

SHY = a basic modest bikini wax – keep your knickers on. The therapist will wax your front shape and will tidy the area outside your knicker line.

BRAVE = otherwise known as a Brazilian wax so g-string knickers are recommended should you choose to wear your own, or we can supply you with a paper g- string. The therapist will wax your front shape and will carry on down to wax your outer labia.

HOT = also called Hollywood wax we recommend that you remove your knickers however if you are not comfortable with this we will provide you with a paper g-string and the treatment may take slightly longer. The therapist will wax your inner and outer labia and beyond…………… to your bum cheeks.

*if you choose to wear your own knickers we cannot assume responsibility for any oil or wax spillage onto the fabric .

HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR NEED TO BE? The minimum length the hair needs to be is about as long as a grain of rice. If you're having Extreme Waxing, the longer the hair, the more painful it will be, so you can trim the hair before your appointment or we'll do it for you.

HOW LONG WILL THE RESULTS LAST? Everyone's different. In most cases, you will see minimal regrowth during the first 3 weeks, with a noticeable increase after that. Continued waxing encourages slower, sparser regrowth.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BE WAXED? If you're serious about maintaining that clean and sexy feeling, we recommend that you come in every 4 weeks for the first 4 appointments. You may then find that you will be able to leave longer gaps between your appointments. But hey! The choice is yours and we're certainly not going to lecture you.

WAXING AFTER CARE – for 24 hours post waxing No hot baths No swimming or sunbathing Avoid tight clothing Try not to touch, rub, scrub or scratch (unless you want a bacteria infection) Avoid intensive exercise No perfumes, deodorants infact minimise all products No UV treatments sunbeds or saunas After 24 hours………. DO exfoliate every 4 – 7 days to avoid ingrown hairs Apply Xit solution for 2 weeks post treatment if prone to ingrown hairs Do book your next appointment because waxing regularly will reduce and slow down hair growth
